As you will be aware the New Zealand Government has confirmed that Auckland is currently in the Orange Level Setting of the Traffic Light Framework

We have carefully considered and reviewed our current guidelines and have made the following changes:

• We strongly encourage customers over 12years old to wear a mask while in the facility

• We strongly encourage customers to sanitise their hands upon entry to the facility

• Cash payments will not be accepted at this time

• Frontline staff members will be wearing masks when customer facing

• Instructors at times may be seen wearing face shields (this is optional)

• Regular disinfection and cleaning will be carried out to meet our standard hygiene and cleaning protocols

• Please stay home if you are sick, a household contact or have tested positive for Covid-19
