Update: January Holiday Special

What is the $10 Lesson Special?
 

During January we will be offering our holiday special which means you can book additional lessons, on top of your normal classes for only $10 per lesson!

This is a great opportunity to boost your child's progress and keep the kids busy over the school holidays.

What are the terms and conditions?

• Lessons can only be booked up to 7 days in advance as per our normal policy.
• This offer is only for people who are currently booked in with us for regular lessons in January.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking.
• No make-ups for $10 missed lessons. Once lessons are booked, they cannot be cancelled and rescheduled. Missed sessions are forfeited.
• No refunds.
• 4% automatic payment discount does not apply to these sessions.
• Special is only valid for January 2022
• This does not apply to private, holiday lessons or squad classes..
• There is a maximum of 10 bookings per month.

How do I book in?
 

You can book in by contacting your site via email or seeing us at reception next time you are in for your lesson. Please note: the $10 special cannot be booked through the Customer Portal.

Update: 22nd December 2021

As you will be aware the New Zealand Government has confirmed that Auckland will be moving to the Orange Level of the Traffic Light Framework on 30th December 2021.

We have carefully considered and reviewed our current guidelines and have made the following changes which will come into affect when we resume lessons on 10th January. 

• Class durations will return to the standard time of 30minutes

• Class ratio’s will return to normal 

• Limit to one parent/caregiver per family who can access the facility for all ages (excludes Parent & Child classes)

• Teaching equipment will be re-introduced to lessons

• Make Up Lessons will be available to book through the Customer Portal (usual 1month expiry will apply to any new classes that are cancelled after 10th January)

• Food & Beverages will be available for purchase

• Pool Parties can operate again but must comply with vaccine requirements

• Lessons plans and evaluations can return to being done onsite.

• Vaccination certificates will still be required for all facility users over 12 years old
• Masks  will still be required to be worn for all facility users over 12 years old
• We will still continue to remain cashless at this stage

Lessons have now concluded for the year and will restart on 10th January.

All of our sites (except Mt Eden) will be closed during this time, so if you need to get in contact with us please send us an email. We will be checking emails intermittently and will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
