Our aqua classes are one hour
, in water classes that provide a full body workout
whilst listening to upbeat motivating music!
Aqua is a great form of exercise for all fitness levels
. The freedom and support the water provides can provide a great exercise medium for anyone with joint stiffness, injury, pregnancy or during rehabilitation from injury (just let our knowledgable, experienced instructors know and they can adapt exercises for you). In contrast it can provide huge resistance for you to get a tough workout. The thing is it's great for everyone as you can work to own level and your own ability! What better way to socialise, than through exercising at the same time!
There's no need to book ahead of time so come along and give it a go.
Maria will be away until 3rd February. Sue will be taking her classes during this time.
