What To Expect At DGSS At The Red Level

Updated 4th April 2022:

The safety of our customers, their families and our staff are top priority at Dean Greenwood Swim School.

As you will be aware the New Zealand Government has confirmed that Auckland will be moving to the Red Level of the Traffic Light Framework on 24th January 2022.

We have carefully considered and reviewed our guidelines and have made the following changes which will come into affect:
  • Masks will still be required to be worn for all facility users over 12 years old
  • We will still continue to remain cashless at this stage
  • Teaching equipment will be limited in Preschool & Schoolage lessons
  • If you are unable to attend a lesson, our preference is for you to notify us by
canceling the session on the portal. Otherwise, this can be done via email
or phone call. Make up lessons will be able to be booked in the Orange
Level and will have a 3month expiry.
  • Class durations will remain at the standard time of 30minutes
  • Class ratio’s will remain as normal
  • Food & Beverages will be available for purchase
  • Pool Parties can operate again but must comply with vaccine requirements
